i found the hotel well furnished plus clean. the beds was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and well stocked i think. the staff was all friendly plus helpful, and the front desk had someone there every time i went by.
the hotel room was underwhelming for a supposed 4 star hotel i think. it have single glazed windows in wooden framed windows. these windows might could have done with repair and painting.
Dining

The room included a small fridge. This proved very useful. i also appreciated the water dispenser on each floor (easy to fill your water bottle). the location was convenient with easy access to the main attractions. i found the room to be very quiet and clean.
the single-glazed windows allowed some street noise into the room, especially during the weekend nightlife hours. (this could be bothersome for light sleepers)
Facilities

there is no on-site restaurant; breakfast is across the road at another location. a cooked breakfast is available, but options are limited for those who prefer cereal, toast, or croissants.
