convenient locationhelpful stafflarge selection
The hotel is in a very convenient location near the main attractions (Topkapi, Grand Bazaar). The staff was amazing and helpful. I also appreciated the little Starbucks coffee shop within the hotel (it had a large selection of drinks).

the location was convenient close to transport links.
the room was small the bed filled most of it no closet existed i also found the room cleaning quite superficial the receptionist pressured me to give a 10-point rating on departure i did not appreciate this.

The location was acceptable. It was near transport links.
The room was quite small. There was no closet space available in the room. This made storing our belongings difficult. The room cleaning was also very superficial. There was dust in corners, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly.
