i found the location convenient, very close to terminal 21 shopping mall. the receptionist, honey, was helpful and friendly. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere, especially with the comfortable bed.

I noticed the towels felt quite old. I think replacing them would improve the guest experience.

The hotel is near the asok bts skytrain and mrt stations. This makes travel very easy. terminal 21 mall is also a short walk away, offering many dining options. there is even a 7-eleven opposite the hotel.

I found the location very convenient. One 7-eleven is just opposite the hotel. another larger store is near the terminal 21 mall. honey, the staff member who assisted with my check-in, was friendly and polite.

the bathroom occasionally emitted an unpleasant odor.
