The corridor smelled bad. It was also very dirty. I asked the staff why. They told me another group would take over, so what do you expect from a customer already familiar with this hotel? We already spent our money in this dirty hotel.

The hotel room was VERY clean and spacious. Check-in occurred at 10 AM which I appreciated. A good buffet breakfast was available each morning, I was happy.

The bathroom amenities needed restocking more frequently.

Staff members were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Daily cleaning service provided two complimentary water bottles. Staff helped arrange tour packages coordinated by Jithra and Alen located in the hotel lobby at reasonable price.

The hotel provides complimentary parking . This was very convenient. The location is also good with nearby local food available. I also liked the mart nearby.

I noticed the floors were sticky. I stayed for several nights. I also twice experienced a lack of towels. Noise from adjacent rooms was easily audible.
