excellent staff complimentary gifts high quality toiletry
the staff offered many recommendations for dinner. my room included complimentary gifts on arrival. toiletry bags were replenished daily and were of very high quality! the rooftop bar service was quick and convenient.

nice stay complimentary upgrade panoramic view
the staff were really good to. i received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room (it was such a nice surprise!). the rooftop bar and pool offered a fantastic way to unwind after a day exploring the city. i loved having a refreshing drink with panoramic views.
i found the ground floor rooms prone to noise from early morning breakfast service. the clanging of dishes and cutlery disrupted my sleep on a couple of mornings, a little bothersome.

convenient access sunny afternoon walking distance rooftop terrace
the hotel had convenient access to local attractions. las duenas palace was only a five-minute walk away, and i find real alcázar and the cathedral are only fifteen minutes away. the train station was a twenty-minute walk, i think. the rooftop terrace provided great space for relaxation during afternoons and evenings.
i noticed limited availability for toiletries in my room. i think a better restock policy would improve the experience

the breakfast had many choices and tasted fresh. my room included a rainfall shower that i used daily. i enjoyed the rooftop plunge pool a lot. it provided nice relaxation after seeing the sights
i found the reception area to be a little small.
