My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, like the ones shown on their website, were on the 9th floor with stunning city skyline views, but they were smelly, and the shower leaked all over the toilet. The staff made up for it with excellent service, although they tried to overcharge for minibar items. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Taxim Square, offering a great view from the breakfast ballroom. The dining experience was good with a variety of quality food, though the menu could use some changes. Despite some flaws, the hotel had its highlights and drawbacks that shaped my stay.
The hotel offers a nice, clean, and quiet stay with an amazing view of the Bosphorus. However, the rooms may be idiosyncratic, often small, with some cleanliness issues and uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. The location, though, is perfect for exploring the vibrant area around Taksim Square and Istiklal Cadesi.
What a fantastic spot! This hotel is right in the heart of the action, close to everything you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. However, the dining options were a bit lacking. The facilities are top-notch, making for an enjoyable stay.
