the room was spacious , clean , and well-equipped. the bathroom had heated flooring , a plus. the dinner in the hotel was lovely , the child's menu had a good choice. staff were excellent .
the hotel is on a main road. this meant access to the city centre required a 20-minute walk.

the reception staff was friendly and accommodating. staff in the bistro were attentive , providing excellent service. a member of the team helped carry our heavy case with humour.

The staff was really good. They really know how hotels used to be! The rooms were of great quality and included nice accessories. My husband told them it was my birthday, and we got a knock on the door with TWO glasses of champagne!!! I will definitely return to this location.
The only thing I could mention that wasn't great was the lack of a mini fridge. I like cold bottled water.

I found the heating controls confusing. I was not able to adjust the temperature properly. The absence of clear instructions made it more difficult. the soundproofing was not as good as expected. I could hear noise from the street and neighboring rooms. This interrupted my sleep and affected the quality of my stay
