The luggage storage was useful. Check-in and check-out were smooth. the staff displayed such kindness. the room was comfortable. the location proved convenient. Bus, tram and metro stops are very close. the area allows quiet rest. The window sound isolation worked very well.
the blanket was thin. i woke up cold sometimes. the pillow felt tough, and i needed to keep changing sides. i felt my ears were getting pressed.

Jan van galenstraat metro station is very close, which connects easily. the location is reasonably quiet. I found that very convenient. a supermarket stands within walking distance, great if you prefer to shop. public transportation provides access to other stores.

Food and drinks options are good, i especially loved the breakfast. vending machines are available on the ground floor. This is useful when shops are closed late at night. the breakfast costs €18 and is available every day.

the staff was really friendly which meet my minimal expectation.
the room was very small i booked. they gave me a single room it seemed. there was a huge pillar in the room it occupied almost 1/4 of the area.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. The metro station is only a few minutes away. It made getting around very easy. The free laundry was a real bonus!

Breakfast had many options. I really liked the fresh fruit. The café offered vegan choices, and the quality seemed great. It was promoted as a first choice, but I had no time to try it.

The gym has a squat rack. This allows for proper workouts! I also enjoyed the social areas. They include a pool table. Table tennis offered a fun way to unwind after a busy day. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

My room was compact and clean. The coffee machine in the room was a plus. Everything I needed was there! Privacy felt good. We felt safe with the controlled access to every zone.
