elevator service limited channels
The elevator service proved INSUFFICIENT during peak hours. I experienced delays in reaching my room. The in-room television lacked clear instructions for accessing streaming services. This absence necessitated contacting the front desk for guidance. This was an unnecessary inconvenience. I found the selection of available news channels limited. There should have been greater variety to cater to international guests. The bathroom amenities were sparsely stocked. A more generous supply of toiletries is necessary.

i was upgraded to a suite, which i really appreciated. the suite was spacious and had everything i needed for my stay. i liked the happy hour in the lobby, it was a nice way to relax after a long day.
The elevator service was a bit slow. Only one elevator was working, and there were some delays because the building is mixed-use.

the hotel features a cute lobby terrace suitable for enjoying drinks. a comfortable lounge is available , where complimentary beverages are provided. there's also a coffee machine offering great coffee in the hall.

the staff was very kind, helpful, and tried their best to assist me. i especially appreciated how they helped me retrieve a personal item i had left behind. their ease and kindness really stood out.

my room had ample closet space, very useful for my four-night stay. i found free beverages like coffee, beer, and bottled water provided in the room. the room design felt bright and homelike.

the location provided easy access to shops and several cafes nearby. public transportation was readily available, including buses, trams, and a metro station within a short walk. the area was relatively quiet in the evenings.

dismissive receptionist broken curtains
the location was acceptable, with access to nearby restaurants.
Check-in was frustrating. I arrived at the hotel's standard check-in time, but i had to wait. the receptionist was dismissive when i inquired about the delay. the room condition was also disappointing. There were smudges and broken sheer curtains.
