My room was spacious and clean. The hotel offered a comfortable experience. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Breakfast was fantastic, it featured a huge amount of choice and plenty of it. The high specification of decoration throughout the hotel was particularly appealing.

The location proved somewhat difficult to find. Access involved navigating through an unattractive, industrial area. Cobwebs on the entrance sign also detracted from the initial impression.

The staff was very polite and cute. The hot breakfast had very good quality ingredients that were well cooked. I loved the sausages. The room included both a shower and a bath. The team placed padding at the bottom of the cot to make it softer. This was a nice touch.

I found the car park instructions confusing because the signage directed me to download an app. The car park instructions said I could pay up to £30 for 24 hours. THIS was misleading. I found out that hotel guests can enter their registration number at reception for overnight stays.
