the outdoor shower in my superior room was amazing! it was so refreshing. the beach access directly from the hotel made it easy to enjoy the beautiful scenery, though there were some rocks. the staff was always friendly and respectful, i really appreciated their service.

The breakfast buffet was very limited. It barely had any options. this felt unacceptable for such a hotel. the food at the restaurant was expensive and the portions were small. i also found the location a little isolating because there wasn't much to do outside the resort.

My wife and I enjoyed the most really good service on arrival on September 7. I commend the staff for decorating our Premier Pool Villa upon arrival (it was a lovely touch). I was impressed. Every staff member knew our names and seemed happy to assist us.

The two restaurants at the hotel offer decent quality, but the prices are high.

The restaurants provided a delectable array of dishes, each prepared with fine ingredients. The included breakfast buffet was excellent. It had varied choices. The lady cooking at the egg station is very talented.

The location offers amazing views of the islands. The hotel is set against a peaceful beach. The sunsets were very nice (I especially loved the orange view of the Hong Islands).

Our villa had its own pool. This pool was a really good size. The room featured a decent hairdryer, an excellent shower, and two sinks. Plenty of bottled water was provided every day.
