my room had a comfortable bed and i slept well. i did like the complimentary toiletries provided, they were a nice touch. THE staff was helpful with directions to local attractions. breakfast included fresh fruit and a variety of pastries.
the bathroom had limited counter space, made organizing toiletries slightly challenging.

warm room useless button
I was a bit frustrated with a few things. the room was too warm, even with the fan on. also, the tv remote didn't work properly. The guide button was completely useless. it made relaxing in the room a bit annoying, especially after a long day.

superb cleanliness comfortable bed delicious option friendly staff
the cleanliness was superb throughout the hotel. room service ensured everything remained immaculate . the bed was comfortable allowing for restful sleep. bathrobes iron ironing board and a hairdryer were available in the room. the menu offered plenty of delicious options served quickly by friendly staff.
the window rattled a bit , made ventilation difficult and the room was perhaps too warm.

the lift was functional and helpful especially when carrying luggage. all staff members were well presented patient kind and helpful. they ensured that nothing was too much trouble .
