The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of South Bombay, allowing easy exploration of the Colaba area of Mumbai. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though occasionally have a musty smell. The service is extremely friendly and efficient, even assisting with guiding Uber drivers amidst construction. The dining experience offers a wide variety of choices. However, the adjacent construction project for the Metro railway can be noisy at times.
