the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of dishes. the staff were helpful (especially in the restaurants). i found the location convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the christmas decorations throughout the hotel gave it a luxurious feeling.
this created some noise and minor inconveniences.

the room was spacious it had excellent electrical fittings the bathroom fittings were modern the bed was superb. The christmas decor added a cheerful dimension carolling took place in the lobby. Staff were helpful service was kind i felt warmly welcomed and taken care of. Uber and taxi arrived quickly whenever i requested.

The room had a musty odor, which I found unpleasant. I did ask for a room change, but none were available. I had to buy an air freshener. The gym equipment was outdated and some machines were out of order. I saw no attendant. The water cooler was empty.
