The room had a funky design. I liked the glass bathroom. The location of the hotel is good for walking to the marina (i walked every day) or catching the metro.
The valet service was not great. It seemed like they lost my car. I missed a meeting because of that and it cost me more than my entire stay (that was annoying).

The room was super clean. A perfect setup for a restful stay. room service was excellent, and i found the staff to be super helpful, always checking to see if i needed anything.
the breakfast was not what i hoped it would be? the coffee tasted like dark water, and the food selection was limited.

i found four diverse restaurants. they offered a variety of dishes, appealing to many tastes. ciao bella provided nice food and services, and the staff treated us well when celebrating my partner's birthday.

The staff was helpful. The location is close to the Marina and JBR beach. I also had access to the Business Lounge. It provided extra services that I used.
The room had limited privacy. The bathroom shower area is all glass. Someone in the bedroom area can see you. The pillows felt old and lumpy.
