swift service huge variety
The front desk staff provided swift service. They addressed every request promptly. the breakfast buffet provided a huge variety of options. Sancha and chef alicia assisted at our table. the view from the swimming pool was amazing

The location is indeed superb. The staff were attentive and helpful . The breakfast buffet offered many options including local choices.
The air conditioning temperature was difficult to adjust. It remained too cold. The QR code for the in-room dining menu did not work. The shower drain was very slow, almost immediately blocking it.

i stayed for two nights and breakfast was included. the breakfast had good a la carte options. dinner each day was from a three course set menu. it offered many choices of western and indian dishes. the dinner on the restaurant balcony was fine with a water view.
the pool was closed one day without notice though it was later reopened.

excellent service, fine views
great team delicious dishes really good service
i stayed five nights. the team really knows how to look after guests. the door team, front desk, and especially breakfast team are really good. chef sunil made delicious dishes. i can not wait to return.
the minibar check delayed my checkout. they had to send housekeeping to check the minibar even i told them what i had. it felt slow.
