I found the staff helpful and friendly. Mihaela from guest relations and Bogdan at reception assisted with everything I needed, including airport transfers. My room was always super clean and cozy. The location is very central , allowing easy access to shops and attractions.

The daily room cleaning was PERFECT! I found the staff very helpful. They provided great information. Mihaela from guest relations and Bogdan from reception were amazing, answering every question I asked. I even booked an airport transfer with them. It was entirely hassle-free!
