Excellent Hotel Location and Service

This hotel offered friendly staff. My room was ready early and decorated for my anniversary. I could see the canal from my window. Access to transportation was easy and many attractions were a short walk. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. I was pleased with my stay.

This hotel is on a peaceful canal, very close to St Mark's. I could easily reach tasty food and drink places nearby. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were quiet and lovely too.
The room door looked like someone forced it open, so I did not feel very secure. I think they should fix that.

The front desk service was really good with Marco. He gave my party great recommendations for walking around the neighborhood. Larry at the bar and restaurant provided great customer service.

I stayed in a superior double room. The room was very clean and warm. Breakfast offered a good buffet. Everything was well-stocked! It featured a great variety of options. I enjoyed the fresh pastries and the excellent coffee.
The room was a little dark, but it was not really a problem.
