I found the location amazing, right on the grand canal with easy access. the staff was very helpful. They ensured my check-in was smooth. i especially appreciated the availability of a water taxi for arrival and departure. It made everything easier. the suite opened onto a quiet side canal.
I noticed the air conditioning did not cool the room enough. it stayed around 20.5 degrees celsius. This was somewhat uncomfortable. better climate control is needed.
