The staff offered early check-in. This was appreciated. Made things easier. I received an invaluable map. It greatly helped with navigation. The location proved convenient. Many attractions were nearby.

I was frustrated the air conditioning barely worked. The room was so stuffy! the pillows felt lumpy. and, i was annoyed the breakfast area got crowded quickly. the staff should stagger seating better. it made mornings a little chaotic.

The breakfast had a buffet style. I took it outside to eat on tables and chairs in the square just outside the main entrance, it was lovely.
The check in lacked personnel at reception. I rang the bell multiple times without answer. I also called on the phone and they didn't answer so I waited more than 5 minutes without knowing why the door was closed. The restaurant crowd was loud.
