Excellent Stay in a Prime Location

The staff offered early check-in. This was appreciated. A lift eliminated any need to carry heavy luggage upstairs. Made things easier. I received an invaluable map. It greatly helped with navigation. The location proved convenient. Many attractions were nearby.
The room became quite warm during the night. Made sleeping a bit difficult.

great location helpful staff clean room
the location was good, a short walk from main attractions. staff were helpful. they arranged water taxi and confirmed it. rooms were nice and neat. value for money was good for the area.
the room was a bit warm. it was hard to sleep with the window open because of noise. the crowd outside the restaurant was loud.

the place is near st marks sq but away from the crowds. vaporetto stops are 5 minutes away. the water taxi dock is about 3 minutes away. it is near cafes and restaurants.

The staff was helpful. It was a big plus.
The air conditioning did not work properly. It was too hot at night and opening the window made the room noisy. There was a crowd outside.

stuffy room chaotic mornings
I was frustrated the air conditioning barely worked. The room was so stuffy! the pillows felt lumpy. and, i was annoyed the breakfast area got crowded quickly. the staff should stagger seating better. it made mornings a little chaotic.

reception lack phone answer
The breakfast had a buffet style. I took it outside to eat on tables and chairs in the square just outside the main entrance, it was lovely.
The check in lacked personnel at reception. I rang the bell multiple times without answer. I also called on the phone and they didn't answer so I waited more than 5 minutes without knowing why the door was closed. The restaurant crowd was loud.
