The room was very clean. Comfortable beds existed and sufficient towels were in the bathroom. The hotel is just at the back of the Mestre train station at approximately a 3 minute walk.
The air-conditioning was not functional .

I was a little disappointed. The breakfast lacked variety. every day seemed to offer the same options. i also found that the soundproofing wasn't great. i could clearly hear noises from the hallway. it sometimes made it difficult to relax. it was not the best experience.

The hotel is very close to the bus stop. it takes you to the city in about 15 to 20 minutes and there's also a railway station a block away. I loved that. the hotel even stored our luggage after checkout.
The door was quite annoying. It would open slightly on its own if i forgot to lock it from the inside. unlocking it with a physical key was also troublesome as the lock sometimes got stuck. i spent minutes trying to open the door.

the breakfast had a variety of options and was substantial. i found the pineapple at breakfast to be particularly delicious. the staff at the restaurant were very nice and helpful, especially towards everyone there.

The front desk team wasn't the friendliest initially. they seemed to warm up after i was there a couple of days. It was a gradual improvement.

The rooms was newly renovated and clean. there is a tram and buses right outside the hotel, it connects to the city in about 10 minutes. the car park was very convenient. We were grateful for that.

The location is convenient. It's close to both the train and bus stations.
The room felt quite outdated. Some fixtures in the bathroom looked like they were barely hanging on. the air conditioning started leaking the first night, and the toilet kept running. i reported these issues but only got offered a smaller room as a solution.

the location was good being close to the train station. i appreciated that you could leave luggage after checking out. the desk in the room was large and useful for working.
the breakfast wasn't good. coffee from the machine tasted bad. the juice was from a machine to and tasted like colored water.
