The staff was friendly as soon as I entered the hotel. They directed me to the Level check-in desk. The team there was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. I had an upgrade to a junior suite. It was lovely.
The room service was terrible. They brought us uncooked chips one time and never compensated us. There was no peanut butter at the breakfast buffet. I had to ask for it every day and waited for up to 20 minutes for it to be brought out. It was an inconvenience. The gym was awful with a horrendous design. It had very odd equipment but none of the basics

i enjoyed the upgraded room. the bathroom included two separate sinks. i found a rainfall shower too.
the gym equipment looked a little tired, i saw some rust.
