rich buffet attentive staff excellent bathroom coffee tea daily water bottle free water
the breakfast had a rich buffet. the staff was very attentive and smiling. i did like spacious rooms with a excellent bathroom. i found double sinks and both a shower and a bathtub, so that was nice.
i think the room should have had a kettle and coffee and tea set provided for what i paid. the hotel didn't give a daily water bottle everyday. at least two bottles of free water should be given for triple room.

lovely balcony helpful staff great breakfast small room unattractive floor warm room
the hotel room was beautifully designed (it was like a dream) and the breakfast had delicious churros. i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, ready with information about the surrounding areas. the pool area and bar were also wonderful spaces to relax.
the room was quite small and i didn't like the decor. i found the floor particularly unattractive. the air conditioning seemed to be turned off.

friendly staff junior suite uncooked chips horrendous design
The staff was friendly as soon as I entered the hotel. They directed me to the Level check-in desk. The team there was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. I had an upgrade to a junior suite. It was lovely.
The room service was terrible. They brought us uncooked chips one time and never compensated us. There was no peanut butter at the breakfast buffet. I had to ask for it every day and waited for up to 20 minutes for it to be brought out. It was an inconvenience. The gym was awful with a horrendous design. It had very odd equipment but none of the basics

separate sinks rainfall shower
i enjoyed the upgraded room. the bathroom included two separate sinks. i found a rainfall shower too.
the gym equipment looked a little tired, i saw some rust.
