the staff was great. they were friendly and helpful . the breakfast had fantastic choices. i could even get a phone charger from reception, that helped me a lot.
i found the rooms a bit noisy. i could hear everyone walking past my room. it was a little disappointing.

I have visited multiple IHG hotels and this one stands out. Ivana at reception was friendly. She made check-in smooth. The room had super clean bedroom and bathroom areas. The decor was great. Breakfast featured a varied continental selection. Menu options were also available. Food was hot and plentiful.
