charmed find!
great locationfriendly staffpractical kitchenette
the location was great, especially since i needed to go to the hospital. there was also a lot of restaurants near. the staff at the reception were friendly, i liked it. the room had a kitchenette that i used for my breakfast and dinners, so practical.

The reception staff were cute. they assist with opening the hotel entrance, and they stay with guests to practice. they were patient and helpful. That was a positive detail for me.

this hotel is located very close to the tube. it is only two minutes away by walking. the hotel entrance works for 24 hours so it was easy to get out, no problem.

there's a supermarket nearby, nisa. the area has also a coffee shop, so getting food is easy. i could buy food there, that was really great for me and my stay here.

I found a couple of things disappointing. Communication before my stay was slow, replies took several days. My request for a first-floor room was ignored. Carrying two suitcases was difficult and the toilet was dirty. It needed a better clean.
