the location had me steps away from tottenham court road station! it connects directly to heathrow airport via the elizabeth line. the kitchenette had a refrigerator, filtered water, and coffee supplies! the staff were friendly and always ready to assist.
the room was smaller than anticipated it felt a bit cramped with luggage.

I found the staff helpful. They really were pretty good. i was grateful for the central location, as it made exploring so convenient. i especially appreciated the voucher for the nearby gym, as i like to keep up with my fitness routine (even on vacation).
i must admit, the pillow options were somewhat limited. i personally prefer a firmer pillow, and the ones available were quite soft. it's a small detail, but it did affect my sleep quality a little.

the standard double room featured daily cleaning and a well-kept space. i noticed the room was surprisingly quiet, especially considering its central location (which was a big plus!). the bathroom included soaps, moisturisers, and shampoo.
