prime location direct access coffee supplies
the location had me steps away from tottenham court road station! it connects directly to heathrow airport via the elizabeth line. the kitchenette had a refrigerator, filtered water, and coffee supplies! the staff were friendly and always ready to assist.
the room was smaller than anticipated it felt a bit cramped with luggage.

fantastic soho experience
helpful staff central location gym voucher
I found the staff helpful. They really were great. i was grateful for the central location, as it made exploring so convenient. i especially appreciated the voucher for the nearby gym, as i like to keep up with my fitness routine (even on vacation).
i must admit, the pillow options were somewhat limited. i personally prefer a firmer pillow, and the ones available were quite soft. it's a small detail, but it did affect my sleep quality a little.

the standard double room featured daily cleaning and a well kept space. i noticed the room was surprisingly quiet, especially considering its central location (which was a big plus!). the bathroom included soaps, moisturisers, and shampoo.

excellent location friendly staff brita filter comfy bed
the location is excellent it is near chinatown and great shopping areas. staff was very friendly they were helpful. the rooms have brita filters for water which is a nice touch. i found the bed and pillows quite comfortable. i will return
my room faced internally i had not expected that nor had i requested it i do not think i would stay again if this was my only option

THE LOCATION was superb. I walked to many attractions. THE STAFF offered wonderful service. I really LOVED having a mini kitchen in my room. It had everything i needed.

excellent location necessary utensils helpful staff
The location is excellent. So many places were in easy walking distance. the room included a kitchenette hidden in a cupboard, it had all the necessary utensils. the staff were very helpful and gave great advice on nearby restaurants and bars.
the room size was smaller than i expected. i would have appreciated a bit more space for luggage and movement. this impacted my overall comfort.
