The staff located a phone charger. I appreciated that greatly. the breakfast was amazing!!! it was one of the best i have ever had. the room size was excellent, and the view was lovely. the hotel was easy to navigate.
The lighting was poor, especially in the bedroom and bathroom. It was not sufficient for applying makeup.

The staff was friendly. I left my luggage with them before my onward travel. I also had a lovely evening meal. The hotel location is central and convenient for walking to restaurants.
My room was small. It lacked natural light. The bathroom needed an upgrade. It was like it was from the 80s.

The staff were helpful. I am grateful for their assistance . the hotel decor seemed modern and the reception area had a pleasant fragrance. my room had a good size, i found it easy to navigate.
the room i was allocated lacked a river view. the room was dark, the lighting was not decent enough to put make up on.

the bath was excellent and the room itself was quite nice. my view was not expansive because i requested a quiet location away from activity since i anticipated a busy day.
The room lacked good natural light. It faced the side of another building. the champagne i ordered at the bar was flat. It seemed to be from the bottom of the bottle.

The room included a spacious en-suite with walk-in shower and separate bath.
When I arrived, I knew there was no parking on site. I had to pay extra in a secure car park across the road. I requested an early check-in but was told they 'don't do it that way'. The toilet was on a slant, and the shower was difficult to use since the water would not stay at the same temperature.
