the staff proved helpful and friendly i found the location lovely the room offered ample space it was also clean the hotel provided bowls and a bed for my dog this was a really nice touch. the tram stop was close by i could easily get into the city center i thought this was a great advantage. the bar and restaurant were nice this added to the overall experience for me.
i booked two nights for a short break i was told there were no tables free in the restaurant this surprised me at a hotel. i couldn't have an evening meal i also couldn't have a cooked breakfast there this was quite inconvenient. i heard at least two other guests complaining to the receptionist about the same issue i hope this gets resolved.

The location near the tram was very useful. I could reach the city center quickly. The room had extra towels and pillows, which I found very convenient. Opting out of housekeeping provided two free drinks at the bar. I considered this a pleasant bonus.

the hotel is a little far from the main attractions.

the property sits close to the water, near many fish restaurants, easily accessible by tram from the airport. the tram stop is a short walk. i found many pubs also within walking distance.

i found the hotel location pretty great. it was near a tram stop. this made getting around super easy. the building had a lot history and character, i like that. the staff was so friendly too.
my room wasn't cleaned , it was three nights. i did ask about it. i was told there was limited service. the dirty towels stayed outside the room. the food i had ordered stayed there too.

the hotel offered convenient access to nearby restaurants and cafes. the staff were efficient and friendly, offering prompt assistance. free parking was a great bonus, as was the easy access to transportation. i particularly appreciated the proximity to leith's attractions.
the bathroom looked a little aged, especially regarding the shower door.

the location was nice with restaurants nearby. the building was an interesting, well-restored former seamen's mission.
Our room was on the noisy street side. the feature windows do not open properly. There was no real way of cooling it down.
