the location was superb it. the staff were attentive throughout my visit the entrance hall indeed seemed like stepping back in time with its dark ornate woodwork interior.

I found the hotel's location excellent, with several transportation options nearby. Staff members were genuinely helpful and quick to respond. My room was well kept and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast had tasty options and was quite abundant.
The room size was smaller than expected. This made moving around a bit difficult, especially with luggage. I think improvements could be made to maximize space or offer slightly larger rooms.

worn carpetshower issue
the room was far from excellent, especially considering the price, i thought the carpet was quite worn. the bathroom shower had a mind of its own, with fluctuating temperatures. the breakfast buffet lacked variety, and some items ran out quickly, nobody bothered to replenish them. the experience was not awful but it certainly wasnt great

The club room was smaller than expected. the bathroom was particularly cramped. Closing the shower door caused the floor to flood, furthermore, black mold was visible on the grouting. i found it difficult to shave without soaking the entire floor due to the sink's diminutive size.
