The hotel was clean and the location was excellent (close to many museums). a big plus was the enclosed patio/garden. It was a pleasant spot. the staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the wine and cheese hour.
there was no room cleaning during my three night stay. i had to ask for fresh supplies. the shower door leaked, causing water to accumulate on the bathroom floor.

the staff was nice and helpful throughout my stay. the room was spacious and clean. happy hour was a great perk after a long day.
i found the lack of a refrigerator in the room inconvenient. it would be beneficial for storing drinks and snacks especially during warmer months.
