My room was modern with stylish design. The swimming pool and wellness facilities were excellent. I found the staff very friendly and helpful .

The room had a comfortable bed. A small fridge was provided. I also had a free bottle of water in the room upon arrival. The shower included both a handheld sprayer and a rainfall shower.

Breakfast is located in the adjacent hotel. There was a reasonably good selection of items. I enjoyed the fresh and tasty options available during the morning service, quite satisfying.

The elevators were quite slow, and there often seemed to be a wait. Breakfast was often crowded, I found it hard to get a table at times. The food selection at breakfast was adequate, but not excellent. I found the pastries to be somewhat stale on one occasion. More attention to restocking and freshness would be welcome.

i had a quiet room that was clean. access to trams and metro was excellent. the corridors had a quirky shape, which i found interesting.
i forgot to book breakfast when i booked my stay. the hotel was charging €29.50 per person, per day! the manager was not interested in offering a discount. i will not return.

the location is really convenient. the metro stop is right in front of the hotel and this made getting around SO easy. i had a harbor view, and it was fantastic!
the hotel did not have a microwave oven. i took some food to the kitchen one day. i asked them to heat it, but they refused the next day. the swimming pool was very cold, SO it was not possible to swim there.

the views of the boat traffic on the canal were good. i also found the location to be convenient, as it was directly above the metro station. the staff stored my bags for a few hours after i checked out, helpful.
the elevators were slow. the ground floor looked much like a hostel, unexpected.
