the hotel is situated close to the train station. reaching the airport was very simple with only one stop. complimentary coffee was available all day, a nice touch. i found the staff helpful and polite .
my experience included a less than ideal check-in. the touchscreen machines requested payment again, causing a delay. it took about twenty minutes to resolve the issue at reception.

The air conditioning did NOT work, and despite my request for it to be fixed, it remained broken. Therefore, I struggled to sleep. the pillows were too thin and FLAT, i was VERY disappointed.

i found the staff to be helpful and friendly the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch i appreciated the comfortable accommodations the large bed ensured a restful sleep after long days.
the room temperature was inconsistent and difficult to regulate properly that was a slight inconvenience.
