poor assistance unhelpful staff
The room was clean and the location allowed easy access to city center.
The staff's assistance was substandard. A simple internet search disproved this statement. I secured a reservation almost instantly. The request for more towels looked to burden the staff.

The location offered a romantic ambiance. The quiet plaza added to the charm. i appreciated the short walk to main attractions. It was like a hidden gem. friendly staff contributed to the hotel's inviting atmosphere. Their warmth was good. the room provided a haven of peace. It was comfortable.
the room size was smaller than expected! made organizing our belongings challenging.

The executive double room included a comfortable bed. it also had a robert's radio for listening to music and news. nice toiletries were provided in the room. A bathrobe completed this experience. the room was very clean. It created an intimate and peace all around.

the location is near the center square.. i walked to the train station easily. the staff at the front desk were helpful .
the wallpaper had come away from the edges a bit.

I found the location very central to many attractions. The bar had a nice vibe and offered a variety of drinks. The restaurant provided tasty meals with good service. My room included a comfortable bed and was well-appointed with modern amenities.
I noticed the gym was smaller than expected for a hotel of this size.
