oh my gosh, the staff were so nice and explained local spots. our superior double or twin room suited us perfect. it was clean with fresh towels and linens every day. plus, the location was near all the attractions, like, a ten-minute walk!
okay, so there was this tiny thing, the wifi was a bit slow in the evenings, but i managed!

I was grateful for the helpful staff. They greeted me warmly. the family suite included two bathrooms, very convenient. we even got umbrellas when it was raining, a thoughtful touch.
the heating wasn't working well, and the toiletries were not refilled.

the location is excellent, a short walk to the main attractions. the staff were very friendly and helpful . breakfast had a good selection and was well presented, i thought.
the triple room i had was right next to reception and a storage area, it was quite noisy. the room looked rather tired, and i noticed some dust on the lamps. the lighting near the door was dim, hard to see the lock.
