the staff were very friendly, and the beds were comfortable.
I was disappointed with the air conditioning, it barely cooled the room. i also found the parking expensive at £15 per night, it added up quickly. a dirty towel was also in our room upon arrival. It was not a great first impression.

The shower was excellent (I really liked the pressure) and the provided shampoo and body wash smelled lovely. The wardrobe had a good size, and there was lots of storage in the other drawers. The safe was also very useful .
I could not get parked. I received no information that the stadium car park was closed. The Sheffield United manager and his very noisy group of friends came in and made the atmosphere very uncomfortable, so we left.
