Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. We enjoyed direct access to their beautiful garden, with tables and chairs outside where we could enjoy the lovely view of Nottingham. The room was clean, well-maintained, and a little gem in the center of town. However, the service was a bit brisk at times, even though the food was really good. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the dining experience was a treat with carefully selected ingredients. One downside was the lack of a warm welcome from some staff members.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely private garden with stunning views over Nottingham. While the pricing was reasonable, extras like drinks and parking were quite expensive. The hotel was welcoming and had all the amenities for a great stay.
Rooms
9.0
The room was a good size with two wardrobes and two bathrooms, offering plenty of space and choice for two people. The private garden was a delightful addition with spectacular views.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent with the staff being very friendly and accommodating. They had my booking details ready upon arrival, and the receptionist was exceptional.
Location
10.0
The hotel is on a hill in the city center, which was fantastic as it was just a couple of minutes from the castle, Market Square, and other attractions. Easy walking distance to nice restaurants.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was not the best. The food came on trays, not tables, and was not as hot as desired. Although the room rate was reasonable, the additional cost for breakfast felt a bit expensive.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were great overall. However, the dining experience and the additional costs for basic amenities could be improved.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and homely, albeit on the small side. They were clean and modern with a fantastic view over the city. The pricing was reasonable, but extras like a mini can of coke for £2.30, parking for £9.50, and breakfast at £14-15 per person were quite expensive.
Rooms
8.0
The rooms were clean, modern, and provided a fantastic view over the city.
Service
9.0
The service at the hotel was amazing; nothing was too much trouble, and the staff were helpful and friendly. They even organized food for us in the bar after we arrived back late at night.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location in the centre of Nottingham was excellent, with easy walking distance to great restaurants like 'Brown's' and other dining options. Additionally, having the option to take our dog in one of the garden rooms was a big plus.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was not worth the additional £15 per person considering the room rate. The food quality was high, but it was not very hot. It felt like a waste of money.
Facilities
8.0
The facilities at the hotel were pleasant and helpful, offering room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and a welcome drink for guests.
