I had a delightful stay at this hotel in the heart of Oxford. The rooms come with a private terrace and lovely complimentary water and snacks, but have limited space for belongings. The service was top-notch, with a truly helpful manager and staff who were knowledgeable about the area. The location couldn't be better, right in the bustling center of Oxford yet tucked away in a peaceful area. The dining experience offered quality food items, efficiently served, although there could have been a better selection. The facilities were well-equipped, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I must say, the hotel's location is superb! It's within walking distance of major attractions and very close to both the central bus and railway stations, making it extremely convenient for exploring the beautiful city of Oxford. The rooms, although some might find the views of modern buildings a bit unattractive, were cozy and had lovely small tables. The service was top-notch, with the staff making various efforts to fix any issues in a pleasant manner. The welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance were a nice touch. On the downside, the dining experience, although included in our rate, left something to be desired with what seemed like budget ingredients used. Despite this, the hotel provided a great value for the money, especially considering its prime location.
