The location of the hotel is great. It is near Mariahilfenstrasse. It is close to the metro and cafes. The hotel also has a patio. I enjoyed coffee from the machine. The mattresses were very comfortable.

The carpet in the room was dirty. I noticed it immediately. The reception staff also spoke little English. I felt that they were not properly trained for their job.

the lobby area was cute with a free coffee machine (i enjoyed this amenity) and herbal teas. the garden had cozy furniture. the staff were helpful. the room itself was sufficiently sized for two people, though only one chair was available.

i didn't have a terrible stay, but a few things let me down. the carpet in my room was quite dirty. i also noticed the towels were surprisingly thin. it was a shame, as the location was good and the bed was decent, but those things stood out.

I found the reception area to be spacious and cute. The staff was helpful, I got complimentary hot drinks. My room was clean and corresponded to the pictures. I was allowed an early check-in and a late check-out, I really appreciated it.

The parking space cannot be reserved, you will only know if there is space upon arrival.
