great location coffee machine comfortable mattresses dirty carpet little english poor training
The location of the hotel is great. It is near Mariahilfenstrasse. It is close to the metro and cafes. The hotel also has a patio. I enjoyed coffee from the machine. The mattresses were very comfortable.
The carpet in the room was dirty. I noticed it immediately. The reception staff also spoke little English. I felt that they were not properly trained for their job.

dirty carpet thin towels
i didn't have a terrible stay, but a few things let me down. the carpet in my room was quite dirty. i also noticed the towels were surprisingly thin. it was a shame, as the location was good and the bed was decent, but those things stood out.

Really good Stay with Excellent Service
spacious reception helpful staff clean room flexible check-in
I found the reception area to be spacious and cute. The staff was helpful, I got complimentary hot drinks. My room was clean and corresponded to the pictures. I was allowed an early check-in and a late check-out, I really appreciated it.
The parking space cannot be reserved, you will only know if there is space upon arrival.

The breakfast had a nice selection of items-. The breakfast room offered a wide array of options and tasted great. Staff assisted with any questions I had regarding food and services around town.

Underground parking is available for a fee. I stored my luggage at the hotel without issues. Free coffee and hot chocolate are available , I found this very convenient after a long trip.
