i appreciated the permit issued for parking just outside the hotel. all staff were friendly professional and very helpful. i found the food fabulous with the best cooked breakfast i have been served in a hotel.

the hotel provided easy access to local bars restaurants and shops. i did not need to walk steep hills to reach these places. the garden at the back was great with a drink.

breakfast offered a menu with choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians. there were also choices of cereals and fresh juices available. the evening meals looked good and i could see many people enjoying them.

the staff were cute. asking for a parking permit was simple and resolved quickly. the rooms were well decorated comfortable clean and quiet which helped with a restful stay.

the breakfast was a wonderful start to each day, the freshly cooked food was exquisite. i particularly enjoyed the location, the closeness to the castle added a touch of magic to my stay. the staff also was very efficient, always ready to help and was making everything easier for me.

great locationdirty carpetsshower controls
the location was good for accessing the main attractions.
i found the carpets in the hallways needed better cleaning they had noticeable dirt the shower controls were also not intuitive i needed assistance from staff the toiletries were not conveniently placed inside the shower itself , made them difficult to reach.

the room lacked sufficient sockets which was a slight inconvenience.
