quiet atmosphere room safe
I got a superior double room. The room included a refrigerator and a safe for valuables. The room had sufficient space and a quiet atmosphere, restful.

great location friendly staff easy access small room cold room road noise
i was so happy with the hotel's proximity to the thames clipper! it also had easy access to king's road and sloane square, i found those areas great for dining and shopping. the staff were friendly and helpful.
i stayed for one night and had a few issues, the room was a bit small! it felt quite cold, even with the portable heater available. the noise from imperial road was also noticeable, especially with delivery lorries.

convenient location complimentary bottle usb options
the location proved convenient, close to the train station. the staff offered a complimentary bottle when i needed a shop to get water. i found plenty of plug sockets, even usb options, which helped with my devices.
the room was on the smaller side, i had to be a bit more organized with my belongings.

the bedroom felt comfortable, offering a big and clean space. the bathroom provided amazing shower pressure, something i always appreciate after a long day. the room decor was lovely.

the staff members were very friendly, this started with a warm cookie at arrival. the breakfast service offered many options and the staff there were chatty and helpful. directions to nearby stations were helpful.

super clean room and amazing breakfast!
convenient location black cab helpful staff clean room
i found the location so convenient, especially with the black cab stop and tesco express nearby! the proximity to the chelsea harbor pier uber boat stop was a definite plus. our room was really clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. the shower was excellent, i loved it.
i did notice that the lift was a bit slow, maybe another lift would be helpful.

the hotel has a gym, it is small but it has cardio machines like treadmills and ellipticals. some free weights. i did notice vending machines with snacks and drinks near the lifts, super handy especially late at night.
