a great PLACE
separate sinks fresh fruit
my superior double room featured a wonderful bathroom. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. breakfast had many options. i did love the fresh fruit selection and pastries.

the classic double room was well kept. i found the breakfast excellent (it had a wide variety of options).
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the hotel.

a luxury experience to remember
comfy bed lovely chairs spacious tub
The front of house staff were very kind and helpful when showing me to my room. I stayed in room 37. my little oasis included a large comfy bed and two chairs with views out the window. the bathroom had a spacious tub and a yummy shower with great water pressure.

The location is fabulous with lovely quality all around. There are also great shopping, sightseeing, and dining options nearby. it allows for convenient exploration and enjoyment of the area.

The restaurant staff was very attentive. i was seated immediately and treated very well with high standards of customer service. The breakfast was really good. a lovely spanish gentleman oversaw breakfast. Such a nice presence he has.

friendly staff unlimited continental no car park market days
The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a menu for your main item and unlimited continental options.
There was no hotel car park. Parking was a five-minute walk downhill and closed on market days. (Street parking outside was limited to two hours.)

Excellent Stay
friendly staff really good detail excellent service
The staffs hospitality impresses me. I appreciate the warm welcome upon arrival and their constant professionalism. Our room featured attention to small details, it created an really good experience. I found the service in the restaurant including the efforts of David to be top notch.
I notice the absence of private residents lounge . It was used for a private function at the time.

Breakfast had very good options and the facilities included a bar. The bar gave an option to drink after the pubs shut early. The restaurant was well designed like the rest of the hotel.

This hotel is on the high street in the center. It is a short walk to local amenities. I was informed of a reasonably priced car park just over 5 minutes away.
