The front of house staff were very kind and helpful when showing me to my room. I stayed in room 37. my little oasis included a large comfy bed and two chairs with views out the window. the bathroom had a spacious tub and a yummy shower with great water pressure.

The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a menu for your main item and unlimited continental options.
There was no hotel car park. Parking was a five-minute walk downhill and closed on market days. (Street parking outside was limited to two hours.)

The staffs hospitality impresses me. I appreciate the warm welcome upon arrival and their constant professionalism. Our room featured attention to small details, it created an really good experience. I found the service in the restaurant including the efforts of David to be top notch.
I notice the absence of private residents lounge . It was used for a private function at the time.
