Breakfast had good options available and the staff was very helpful.
The towels felt very tired and old, detracting from the overall luxury experience I expected. I was disappointed with their quality. This affected my impression of the room's upkeep.

a treasure in the city center!

welcome drinkrelaxed check-indelicious nibbles
i was greeted warmly upon arrival and offered a welcome drink, specifically non-alcoholic champagne. check-in was seamless and quite relaxed. some tasty nibbles were provided promptly upon my arrival. i was also upgraded to a lovely two-level suite due to my preference for a fireplace, a great touch.
The hotel is located on an upper floor. The corridors to the rooms seemed narrow and had low ceilings.

the main executive lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere with a roaring fire. i enjoyed an abundant selection of complimentary food treats. the plunder pantry offered another wonderful culinary experience, filled with many different kinds of snacks.

the staff's attention to detail impressed me greatly, and nothing seemed too much trouble. without a doubt, it was the most friendly team i have encountered. the turndown service included thoughtful touches such as laid-out mats and slippers and a hot water bottle.
