the hotel location is great for exploring. i found the staff very friendly and helpful with directions. the room had tea and coffee making facilities, also free fridge drinks on arrival. i appreciated the free water provided daily.
the bathroom lighting was not ideal, it only had one mirror. also, the bathroom felt quite small and compact.

this hotel is located near many muslim restaurants, specifically arabic, indian, and indonesian restaurants. the sultan mosque is within a short walk, a plus for those wanting to join prayers at the mosque. access to buses is easy too.

There is no breakfast served at the hotel. however, multiple restaurants and cafes are nearby. I noticed options included malay and arab cuisines. i saw several convenience stores, which also offered food options.

the staff was cute. we got free water bottles. a bus stop was right outside, nice.
the room was a little smaller then expected. the air-conditioning in our room had a slight noise at times. i find this a little annoying. it was sometime.

I found the location to be excellent. I was steps away from many restaurants. The hotel staff provided very helpful and friendly service. They assisted me with all my needs. The room featured comfortable furnishings. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room.
I noticed some minor wear in some areas, though the issues were not significant enough to detract from my overall experience.

The Standard Twin Room included two comfortable twin beds with fresh linens. The room featured a television with multiple channels and climate control. I also found a well-stocked minibar and complimentary bottled water.
