I must say i am quite disappointed. the breakfast selection was really bad. i was expecting more for the price i payed. i also felt that the room needed some updating. There were some worn areas and loose fixtures. ONE positive thing, at least the location was good.

the front desk staff was helpful. thatch offered great service and provided a clear explanation. he assisted us with our luggage and early check-in. i will definitely return on my next trip.

The rooftop bar was only open during happy hour. It was also small (and i love rooftop bars!). the reception did not clearly explain the complimentary drinks or the bar's opening hours. it was disappointing when i wanted a drink later.

The receptionist provided a free upgrade from a habitat room to an oasis room, i thought that was good. the oasis room included a bathtub and mini bar which were clean and well-stocked. i was also advised to enjoy a complimentary drink at the rooftop bar during happy hour. It was a treat to watch the fireworks from there!

I noticed the gym was quite small. It could benefit from more equipment.
