The rooftop pool offered an amazing view. The location was also excellent. I found several MRT stations within walking distance. I appreciated the availability of coffee shops and a convenience store in the building.

The minibar lacked variety. It contained only one beer. The hotel provided three coffee capsules daily, with one decaf. Room servicing did not replenish tea, coffee, or sugar after the first day. The rooftop bar was also not in use.

Thatcha gave a professional welcome. She also provided unique local insights to me. The room design has a nice aesthetic and the cleanliness impressed me greatly. The rooftop happy hour drinks and the pool view were both fabulous. The staff was happy and helpful too. The location across from Raffles was very convenient. many food places are nearby. The early check-in after my flight from Copenhagen was a dream come true. I enjoyed a quick nap then made the most of my day.

i found the bed and pillows to be hard.

I must say i am quite disappointed. the breakfast selection was really bad. i was expecting more for the price i payed. i also felt that the room needed some updating. There were some worn areas and loose fixtures. ONE positive thing, at least the location was good.

the front desk staff was helpful. thatch offered great service and provided a clear explanation. he assisted us with our luggage and early check-in. i will definitely return on my next trip.

The rooftop bar was only open during happy hour. It was also small (and i love rooftop bars!). the reception did not clearly explain the complimentary drinks or the bar's opening hours. it was disappointing when i wanted a drink later.

free upgrade clean room rooftop bar

The receptionist provided a free upgrade from a habitat room to an oasis room, i thought that was good. the oasis room included a bathtub and mini bar which were clean and well-stocked. i was also advised to enjoy a complimentary drink at the rooftop bar during happy hour. It was a treat to watch the fireworks from there!

I noticed the gym was quite small. It could benefit from more equipment.
