The location allowed easy access to many attractions. They did clean the room each day and replace the towels.
The revolving doors were a problem for me. I hated to use them. the manager and staff seemed unresponsive when I asked to change rooms. There was no effort to accommodate my requests, and I gave up after several attempts.

I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to many attractions, it was super convenient for sightseeing. the staff members were friendly and helpful, they provided excellent service. my room had amazing views. I could see many iconic landmarks. the hotel also offered a good breakfast with many options to choose from.
the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty during my entire stay. it wasn't a major issue since i used the bar soap, but it should be checked more regularly.

The premium double guest room located on a high floor had two double beds. It accommodated my needs well. there was a bar soap for handwashing. It was a convenient addition. the room provided amazing views.

Decent Location, but Some Disappointments

My stay had some issues. The check-in staff seemed quite cold and unfriendly. A warmer welcome would have been appreciated. I also noticed a distinct odor in the room. For the amount I paid, I hoped for better. The lack of a refrigerator was inconvenient.
