I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is just perfect, right in the heart of Times Square, making it super convenient to get around. The rooms offer beautiful views over Manhattan, and those beds were truly comfortable. The service, however, left something to be desired, as they didn't provide adequate customer service for my needs. The dining experience was satisfactory, and while the homemade Majorcan products were a nice touch, I wish more options were included. Overall, a great choice for a stay in the Theater District.
