Excellent stay in a great hotel

I found the staff were attentive and professional. The hotel provided good access to local shopping. The room was very comfy and tidy. I appreciate the efficient service I experienced at the front desk. The location near public transportation made getting around easy,. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the various food options available. I would come back again. The room I stayed in was well maintained, I had no issues. The bed provided a good nights sleep. I found a rainfall shower in the bathroom. The club lounge was useful for relaxation. The pool area had ample space for sunbathing. I found plenty of loungers were available. I used the gym and I saw modern equipment in good condition. I visited the club lounge and enjoyed the canapés in the evenings. The staff in the club lounge were friendly. The drinks were good. The lounge was relaxing.
The television had limited channels I wanted to watch.

The location is central, situated close to many shops. the staff were friendly. They gave restaurant recommendations. i found this helpful. the executive floor team, especially ana, offered great ideas for my next visit.

excellent location responsive staff good variety ineffective air conditioning outdated decor lackluster atmosphere
the location was excellent , providing easy access to shopping malls. i found the staff to be responsive to my needs. the breakfast offered a good variety of food options.
the air conditioning in my room was not very effective , and it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. the hotel's decor was somewhat outdated. i noticed that the pool area lacked a vibrant atmosphere.

The location is next to the Pavillion shopping mall. There are many Arabic restaurants near the hotel. I had access to a private lounge with complimentary coffee and snacks. The lounge also provided alcoholic drinks and snacks during cocktail hour.
The hotel room was a little dark because every bulb was fixed with a warm light.
