The location was central. Everything I needed was nearby. The staff were attentive and helpful . I had a simple and fast check-in and check-out process, saving me time and hassle. The rooftop garden was a good bonus. The terrace offered a great view.
The room had somewhat thin walls. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

i found the concierge, david b, helpful. he wore full scottish regalia. the breakfast included wonderful scottish options. the location worked well for access to princes street and nearby pubs.
the front desk seemed a bit arrogant.
