The hotel's location is central. It is really close to the castle. The room, a beautiful queen suite, was clean. The bed was very comfortable.
My ROOM was small. The floorboards from upstairs were noisy. I could hear every footstep from the guest upstairs.

door entry system safety netting
the room was clean with nice bedding, soft towels, and teas and coffee.
I didn't like the fact that i had to find my room myself. No one greeted me. i wasn't told about the locking mechanism. i thought my room was locked, but it wasn't! the room was noisy because of building work opposite. Safety netting flapped all night. the price didn't match the experience.

adequate stay needs improvement
cramped room noticeable noise
the room was quite cramped i felt restricted in the small space it made it difficult to relax fully also the noise from upstairs was noticeable footsteps and general movement disrupted my sleep somewhat it was not ideal after a long day i was hoping for a quieter environment the building work opposite started early. the light poured into the room due to NO blind in the bathroom.

Great Location and Hospitable Hosts
central location warm greeting clean room
The central location was AMAZING!!! It provided easy access to local eateries and attractions. Maggie, the host, greeted me warmly and ensured I settled in quickly. My room had all the amenities I needed and was very clean.
I did experience some noise due to the building's structure. I could hear movements from the room above mine, slightly distracting.

The hotel is situated right in the town center, providing effortless access to many restaurants and shops. Free parking near the wildlife park is a convenient perk, as is the proximity to overnight street parking. Plenty of car parks exist too.

The hotel provides fresh flowers, chilled water, and fresh milk, which enhanced the overall experience. A proper teapot was available, and a motion night light was installed in the bathroom to avoid turning on the main light. The room had an individual feel.

Judith and Maggie were personable and helpful. They ensured everything was perfect. I felt as though nothing would be too much trouble for them. Their attention to detail.

excellent stay
immaculate room comfortable stay friendly owner
the room was immaculate. it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the owners were very friendly. they were very cute. i appreciated the details arranged for my anniversary.
the floor boards from upstairs creaked a lot. i could hear the guest upstairs. this was very noisy.

the downstairs fridge is available . it allows access to milk for tea and coffee. fresh milk was provided in the morning. guests take it upstairs in a flask.
