the staff was helpful and friendly! i got clear directions to local amenities, and the offer of a brolly when i was going out in bad weather was a lovely touch. the handwritten invite to a glass of wine on arrival.
the pillows were not the greatest, i found them a little uncomfortable .

the location is great for exploring the city.
The room was really small and the ventilation had few adjustments. it was also noisy. I found it hard to relax. it's frustrating when you can't control such a basic amenity.

i found the staff very polite and helpful. the location was central, i had easy access to many attractions. i really appreciated the cleanliness of my room. it was obvious the hotel maintained a high standard of hygiene.
