I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms were complete, comfortable, and clean, featuring two large windows that provided a nice view. The service was so helpful and accommodating, although staff seemed a bit confused about certain aspects. The location was convenient for accessing various attractions and transport options. I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and cozy, plus we got a lovely free upgrade, which was a nice touch. However, the rooms left much to be desired, being dirty and flooded after a shower. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially thanks to James from The Commons. The dining experience was basic and slightly overpriced for the limited selection. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives to consider.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, near public transport yet quiet, and the 'super suite' on the 7th floor was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. However, the dining options left something to be desired. Overall, a great value for the price.
