The room was a good size. I was charmed by the spacious, clean bathrooms. The staff was excellent and very helpful..
The car park was difficult to find upon arrival. I later realized the sign was hidden behind a large tree. The conference room was too hot and uncomfortable. Many people were sweating.

My Superior Double Room was really clean. hot water was plentiful, i really liked it. the beds felt super comfortable after a long day. Great.

the location was ideal. it was close to the railway station. the hotel also had a large car park. the staff were nice, and the room was warm upon arrival (which i always appreciate).
i found the food expensive. the service was very poor as well. one friend wanted gluten-free potatoes she saw on the menu but was told the kitchen did not do them. they offered no alternatives (this was disappointing).
