The rooftop bar and swimming pool are great. I found the front desk staff helpful. The hotel restaurant is nearby and excellent.
The room had an internal window, so there wasn't much natural light. Soundproofing was not good. I could hear noise from breakfast preparations early in the morning. That was disappointing. The curtains did not block light effectively.

it was MISERABLE. i paid for a junior suite, however i recommend against getting a junior suite, it is just a long hallway with chairs and a television.

the location made exploring the area convenient.
My stay had a few disappointments. i had issues with noise. Breakfast preparation sounds were audible early in the morning. the curtains also failed to block light from an adjacent illuminated area, disrupting my sleep. i found that inconvenient.

The reception staff were helpful. I received a complimentary bottle of welcome bubbles, a pleasant surprise. The beds were very comfortable and my room offered a lovely view of the square. The location is excellent with a short walk to the Alcázar, Cathedral, and Giralda.
The breakfast was great. the fried smell from the kitchen made it to my room. It wasn't the nicest way for my room to smell every morning.

My room included two separate sinks, plus a rainfall shower; additionally, it had all necessary toiletries available. The provided safe worked perfectly to protect valuables, and the beds were very comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily.

I found the staff cute. They offered a bottle of bubbly to welcome me. Customer service was wonderful. The team held my luggage before and after checkout.
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I heard some noise from the bathroom nearby .
